What We Do

We at Spacemaster Properties, constantly strive to provide solid investment properties to genuine buyers, through simple, affordable and transparent business practices. We are a real estate development company that is aiming to establish institutional-quality real estate developments in Kenya starting with our first home-grown project: the Habitat.

Our teams possess a wide-range of experience in real estate development and finance. We strive to deliver quality and inspired real estate developments that represent sought-after community living. To us, real estate research is more than the numbers in data collection & analysis, we find gaps, enhancing market knowledge and informing concept development.

Although this research commissioned by Actis estimates that an average of 3,000 new middle income housing units will be supplied annually in the next 4 years, the forecasted supply is largely concentrated within areas such as Kilimani, Westlands, Lavington, Parklands, and Kileleshwa.

Based on the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) data for the period 2019-2024, the middle-income population in Nairobi is forecast to increase by 5.6% to reach 250,000 households by 2024.
